Entrance to the villa from a quiet road with ample parking is through a large play area, having table tennis, fusball, and more room for children, plus outside dining with plenty of seating. Here also is a built-in barbecue, plus a large pizza oven.
To the left is the pool area, with many sunbeds surrounding a kidney shaped swimming pool for your exclusive use, which can be locked for security purposes., having another barbecue with seating.
Entrance to the villa is either by hallway leading to the bedrooms etc. from the pool area direct to a huge fully equipped kitchen, with two refrigerators, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, juicing machine and dishwasher. Here also is inside dining for 18. The entire ground floor has beautiful traditional Portuguese tiling throughout and also is a large snooker table for your entertainment.

On this floor also are three bedrooms, a master en-suite with a king-size bed having doors leading directly to the pool area; a large bedroom en-suite with two double beds and third bedroom with twin beds with a shower room W.C. directly opposite.
Stairs from here, or by a winding external staircase lead to the main floor. Here is a further entrance to the villa with a car port for two cars. This leads direct to two inter-communicating lounges, with a total of five settees, other chairs, a large TV with cable and dining for eight. Doors lead to a large balcony.
Through a hallway are three bedrooms, one en-suite with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and a further bathroom. All these bedrooms have doors leading to either a balcony or outside terraces. Up to the top floor is a further lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom and bathroom with access to a large balcony, and to a roof terrace, with views of Albufeira to the sea.

All main rooms have air conditioning, and fibre wifi internet at a speed of 500mbps. All bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes for storage.

Surrounding the entire villa are well kept lawned gardens with many trees and flowering plants, an area of 1600 sq m.

The villa is approximately thirty minutes from Faro airport. The centre of Albufeira is just 5-10 minutes drive away. There are so many things to do including visiting the famous Albufeira beaches.

The villa is ideally placed for many of the Algarve attractions, having easy access to the main road to Vilamoura, the N125, and the A22, Lisbon is just 2 hours drive away.
​
Along the N125 is Algarve shopping centre, with 120 shops of all types, a food hall with many choices, and a large supermarket. Lidl Aldi and Intermarche are also a short drive away. Albufeira boasts over 700 Restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest are approximately a kilometre away. For nightlife, the well known 'strip' is a short taxi ride.
There are vary many attractions nearby including Zoomarine, where it is possible to swim with dolphins, three water parks, whale and dolphin watching trips, and other boat trips.
