To book the villa direct with us, you will not need to pay a booking company, who normally add between ten and eighteen percent to your payment, or deduct a percentage from us, and in fact normally both of us pay!

Contact us direct to save that fee, and receive a more competitive quotation for renting our villa, which may be paid either in euros or UK pounds.

If you have found us through Simply Owners, please note this company does not charge commission. In addition, all payments made to us are guarateed by them. They will send you a certificate as soon as you confirm you wish to book..

for 2024

​

During February the rate is from £475 (€545)  per day, minimum 3 - 4 days

during March the rate is from £600 (€690) per day, minimum 3 days

during April, the rate is from £675 (€775) per day, minimum 3 - 4 days

during May the rate is £700 (€805) per day  minumum 4 days

during June the rate is from £750 (€860) per day mimimum 4 days

during July the rate is from £925 (€1065) per day

during August the rate is from £975 (€1125) per day

During September the rate is between £650-£750 per day, (€690 - €850) per day minimum 5 - 7 days

during October to December the rate is from £450 to £550 ,(€520 -€630) per day

The minimum booking period from July to Mid September is 7 days.  There is a  discount available for groups of 8 or less, and for longer bookings. Please contact us.

A final cleaning fee of €125 (£100) is added to all bookings of any length. The above prices are for up to sixteen guests. There is a small extra charge for seventeen or eighteen guests, (our maximum). Please ask for details.

All these rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, air conditioning and wi-fi internet, with a speed of at least 100mps. Pool heating is available at an extra charge.

To book the villa, we will request a deposit of approximately 20%. This will be returnable if you need to cancel up to three months before your arrival. The balance will be required eight weeks before your arrival.
