To book the villa direct with us, you will not need to pay a booking company, who normally add between ten and eighteen percent to your payment, or deduct a percentage from us, and in fact normally both of us pay! 

Contact us direct to save that fee, and receive a more competitive quotation for renting our villa, which may be paid either in euros or UK pounds.

If you have found us through Simply Owners, please note this company does not charge commission. In addition, all payments made to us are guaranteed by them. They will send you a certificate as soon as you confirm you wish to book..

From April to June and mid September to the end of October, the villa is bookable from three days.

In July and August the minimum booking period is normally seven days.

• For a week in April the cost is from £4100

• In May from £4700

• In June from £5900

• In July and August from £7200

• September from £5650 to 4650

• October from £3900

• From November to March the Villa can only be booked for long term rental of at least a month.

  
  

A final cleaning fee of €125 (£100) is added to all bookings of any length. Please contact us for a definite quotation.

  There is a  discount available for groups of 8 or less, and for longer bookings. Please contact us.

The above prices are for up to sixteen guests. There is a small extra charge for seventeen or eighteen guests, (our maximum). Please ask for details.

All these rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, air conditioning and wi-fi internet, with a speed of at least 100mps. Pool heating is available at an extra charge.

To book the villa, we will request a deposit of approximately 20%. This will be returnable if you need to cancel up to three months before your arrival. The balance will be required eight weeks before your arrival.
