To book the villa direct with us, you will not need to pay a booking company, who normally add between ten and eighteen percent to your payment, or deduct a percentage from us, and in fact normally both of us pay!

Contact us direct to save that fee, and receive a more competitive quotation for renting our villa, which may be paid either in euros or UK pounds.

If you have found us through Simply Owners, please note this company does not charge commission. In addition, all payments made to us are guaranteed by them. They will send you a certificate as soon as you confirm you wish to book..

The Villa is available from the beginning of May to the end of October at the rates below.

• June from £4300 per week

• July from £5650 per week

• August from £6250 per night

• September from £4650 per night

• October from £3125 per night

Munimum booking period, five nights

A final cleaning fee of €125 (£100) is added to all bookings of any length.

Maximum number of guests is12 but It may be possible to sleep additional young children. Please ask for details.

All these rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, air conditioning pool heating when needed and wi-fi internet, with a speed of at least 100mps and use of cinema room and gymnasium.

To book the villa, we will request a deposit of approximately 20%. This will be returnable if you need to cancel up to three months before your arrival. The balance will be due eight weeks before your arrival.
