To book the villa direct with us, you will not need to pay a booking company, who normally add between ten and eighteen percent to your payment, or deduct a percentage from us, and in fact normally both of us pay!

If you have found us through Simply Owners, please note this company does not charge commission. In addition, all payments made to us are guaranteed by them. They will send you a certificate as soon as you confirm you wish to book..

• March from £450 per night

• April, May, from £550 per night

• June £650 per night

• July to Mid August, £950 per night

• End August to Mid September £750 per night

• End September to end October £500 to £600 per night

Bookings for one week or more, less 10%.

Minimum 5 nights.

A final cleaning fee of €125 (£100) is added to all bookings of any length.

Maximum 12 guests. It may be possible to add extra young children. Please ask for details.

All these rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, air conditioning and wi-fi internet, with a speed of at least 100mps. Pool heating is available at an extra charge.

To book the villa, we will request a deposit of approximately 20%. This will be returnable if you need to cancel up to three months before your arrival. The balance will be required eight weeks before your arrival.
