Inside the Villa

Entrance & living areas – Arrive via the covered car port (space for four cars) or through the front door at mid‑level. A bright hallway flows into a 50 m² lounge with three sofas, 65″ smart TV (UK & international channels) and sliding doors to a south‑facing balcony.

Chef‑ready kitchens – The main kitchen is fully fitted with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge‑freezer and Nespresso machine. On the lower entertainment floor a second “summer kitchen” offers an extra hob, dishwasher and drinks fridge – perfect for pool‑side lunches.

Entertainment floor – Descend one level for the fun zone: a cinema room with 100‑inch screen and surround sound, a well‑equipped gym, full‑size snooker table and an indoor dining area for twelve guests. This floor also contains a twin bedroom and shower room for easy pool access.

Bedrooms & bathrooms – Six air‑conditioned bedrooms are spread across the three levels:
• Master suite with super‑king bed, Juliet balcony and en‑suite shower room.
• Two queen bedrooms (one en‑suite, one with private balcony).
• One twin bedroom on the top floor plus the lower‑ground twin near the cinema.
• Family bathroom with bath, shower and bidet; hair‑dryers in every bathroom.

Tech & comfort – 500 Mbps fibre Wi‑Fi blankets the villa, solar panels power hot water and A/C, and all bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes for generous storage.

Outside the Villa

Private pool terrace – A 10 × 4 m salt‑treated pool sits centre‑stage, edged by non‑slip terracing on all four sides. Twelve cushioned sun‑loungers, parasols, a brick barbecue and a dining table for twelve create an all‑day outdoor living space.

Balconies & roofline views – The middle‑floor balcony, accessed from the kitchen and lounge, is furnished with rattan sofas, egg‑barbecue and an additional dining set – ideal for shaded breakfasts. Upper bedrooms enjoy private or shared balconies overlooking the pine trees that give the villa its name (“pinhal” = pine grove).

Landscaping & parking – Three sides of the property are bordered by mature pines and open land, giving rare privacy so close to the resort centre. A gated driveway provides covered parking for up to four cars and easy unloading straight into the entertainment floor.

Neighbourhood perks – A five‑minute stroll brings you to the heart of Olhos D'Agua where you’ll find fresh‑catch seafood restaurants, cafés, mini‑markets and the sheltered golden‑sand beach. Larger supermarkets (Aldi, Intermarché) and the Albufeira Strip’s nightlife are a short taxi ride, while Vilamoura’s championship golf courses lie 15 minutes east.

Getting here & around – Faro Airport is 35 minutes on the A22 motorway; toll‑free if you hire cars, or ask us to arrange a competitively priced door‑to‑door transfer. Local Bolt and Uber services make car‑free evenings easy and safe.
